С чем связан такой долгий период подключения новых пользователей к интернету?
Например, на балке можно стоять в очереди месяцами, чтобы стать счастливым обладателем интернета.
Часто слышу от знакомых — операторы сказали, нет технической возможности.

    Все по разному, у меня соседка ждала с момента заключения договора около 5 недель, зато через дней десять после нее я подключал и-нет своей маме, все прошло за 9 дней…..
    (события происходили в октябре-ноябре 2009 г.)
    Важнейшее условие наличия «технической возможности» это ЦИФРОВАЯ АТС…
